If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase within the first 14 days, you have the right to return the goods for whatever reason, provided they are in perfect sellable condition. It is LooseLabel Distributions right to wavier the liability for delivery and return shipping charges if you are returning an item that you have simply changed your mind about and is not faulty.
It is your responsibility to arrange the return carriage of your goods, however in the event of a faulty or erroneous order we will reimburse the return shipping cost but please contact us first as so we can advise.

Generally, if a defect is going to become apparent, it will do so relatively quickly. We can’t accept returns due to excessive wear of a product, but we can and will do all that we can to ensure that genuine faults are dealt with in the best possible way. All items returned as faulty are subject to inspection before we can confirm any action. On the odd occasion we will need to send the goods back to the manufacturer for an additional inspection but will keep you informed along the way.

If a product is felt to be defective under normal use and proper care, please contact email@example.com and we will advise of the correct procedure to follow to ensure the issue is dealt with in a prompt and efficient manner. Goods returned should be clean and dry with a cover note clearly identifying the sender and their full contact details, the product and its fault and the action desired. It is imperative that the original purchase receipt is sent with the faulty item. Goods returned without the Receipt will NOT BE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY.
LooseLabel Distribution will repair or replace the product at our discretion and it is LooseLabel Distribution who will decide to replace or repair a product after receipt of the defective item.

Repairs will be carried out by an authorised repair centre.
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us asap. If cancelled before your order is collected by our courier service, we will issue a full refund upon your instruction. Collection is 1pm Monday to Friday, and please note we do not ship or deliver at the weekend or on bank holidays. If you notify us that you wish to cancel your order after it has been collected by our courier, you will be liable for the shipping cost which we will not be refunded. Your order may also incur an additional return to sender fee.
